I ATTEMPTED TO WITHDRAW MONEY, BUT THE ATM STATED THE "ACTION WAS ALLOWED', WHEN I WENT HOME IT SHOWED THAT $400.00 WAS WITHDRAWN, BUT IT WAS MONEY I NEVER RECEIVED. I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND AND THEY SAID I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT 2 BUSINESS DAYS TO GET MY MONEY CREDITED BACK BECAUSE SYSTEMS WERE DOWN, I'VE BEEN CALLING ALL DAY AND NO ONE WILL PICK UP THE PHONE TO ANSWER MY QUESTIONS. I AM CANCELLING THIS ACCOUNT AS I GET MY MONEY

Wow.....I'm glad I read these comments before I decided to load money on my card. I just received the card and I just really wanted to use it for business purposes, instead of having the money on my personal account, then having to take it out etc....but I would rather keep things the way they are then deal with this. It really sounds like a "Hot Mess", and I hope they get it together.......

I haven't had any problems. Been with the company since 2003-2008. Referred friends and they haven't had any problems either. Thanks.

I received my card about a week ago, I thought cool now I can use it like a regular visa check card, WRONG. The card is completely useless. You cant even buy gas with the thing. The gas pumps will not accept it. Then there is a delay with the direct deposit, I normally get my money in my bank early Thursday morning, for some reason the rush card holds it an extra day. So after 1 day with my money on this useless card that I could use, Ive withdrawn all my money and put it back in my bank account and ive put my direct deposit back into my bank account also. Pulling money out of the atm machine is easier then dealing with this crappy card. Do not get it! You will be out of $20 and subjected to complete frustration.

I AM ABOUT TO HAVE A f****** FIT IF MY MONEY IS NOT ACCESSIBLE TODAY! THEN I KEEP CALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GETTING A BUSY SIGNAL. THIS HAPPENED IN DECEMBER AND I WASN'T ABLE TO GET MONEY OFF MY CARD UNTIL SUNDAY. I HAVE BEEN WITH THIS COMPANY SINCE THE BEGINNING...2003. AS SOON AS MY MONEY IS AVAILABLE I AM WITHDRAWING EVERY SINGLE DIME AND TERMINATING MY ACCOUNTS. THIS COULDN'T HAVE COME AT A WORSE TIME. I JUST GOT MY 15 YEAR OLD SISTER A CARD FOR HER ALLOWANCE AND TO TEACH HER HOW TO MANAGE HER MONEY. HOW CAN I WITH A COMPANY THAT HIJACKS MY BALANCE EVERY OTHER MONEY? IT'S FREAKIN PAYDAY AND I NEED MY ENDS!!!! MY FAMILY AND I WILL HAVE MORE FUN SETTING ALL 4 OF OUR CARDS ON FIRE!!!!!!!

i attempted to withdraw $800 and an atm didn't disperse my money. they told me to call rush card to file a complaint and they're making me wait 90 days to get my money. im going to find a lawyer to handle this if no one does nothing .

I have had my rush card for 2 years now. I finally decided to have my taxes put on the card. I was supposed to recieve my taxes today 2/8/2007, the IRS sent it out. I called rush to see where they were. These idiots told me that I have to send over my ss#, id , and 1040 form. This is bullshit!!!!! Then I speak to another person and he tells me that he doesn't even see my taxes. After about an hour arguing with him all of a sudden it pops on the screen, but I still have to fax over documents. Then once they recieve the docs it will take 3 damn days to get the money posted to my account. I will never use this card again once I get my money off of it. It will be burnt.

Rush Card customer service is the worse customer service I have every received. It takes entirely too much just to speak with a live representative without being disconnected. And to top it off, she didn't even address my concerns. I was scheduled to have money deposited to my rushcard accounts on the first of each month but for some unknown reason it didn't happen on February 1, 2008. What was puzzling is that I received an e-mail notification from Rush Card confirming that the deposit was made. I asked the rep to direct me to the proper department, remittance, claims, credit, whatever. Instead of directing me, she told me they didn't have the money and to call back on Monday or check with my employer. I verified with payroll and the funds were transfered just as they had been in the past. It is bad enough, they charge a dollar every time you use the card, now this.

I was considering signing up for the RUSHCARD--not because I care about fashion/status, but just as an alternative to going through credit card companies--which I haven't dealt with in over 7 yrs. Bur, after reading these comments..I KNOW I won't be getting this card. I'll just stick to having to pay a few dollars extra on rentals by using my VISA Check card. I hope you all (RUSH execs) get the kinks out, so that you will get the support you desire, instead of looking like a "rigged" organization. ![]()
