In the last 6 months since they've switch to JP Morgan Chase, there has been nothing but problems. System was down Aug 1 and my deposit isn't in there. All there contact phone numbers are busy and not working. My rent is due. We all need to set up a lawsuit. Where are the lawyers. I will officially not be using them after this. Name: Alvin From: Atlanta E-mail: alvin@adhl.cc	I have been having a lot of problems with this card if you have a better way to go do it. There is no customer service to speak of. There is a charge even when you think about using it for something. There is a 3 day wait on deposits, credits or any money coming to you. If you have Direct deposit your money is the last to hit your card out of evry other bank there is. A lot of the Gas stations you go to get gas you have to go inside, because you are not able to swipe your card at the pump. If you ask to speak to a manager they are as useless as the reps under them on the phone. Oh and one more thing is you go to use an ATM it a dollar above the fee that is being charge at that location. Never thought Russell would be another suspect on BLACK on BLACK CRIME!!!! My son died last year, since he was obviously unable to go on his cruise, I called the cruise line, who readily put the money back on his"Card", well since his death in August of 2007, I've had more hassle trying to get his money,which rightfully belongs to his little girl. I've been told that I needed to have his power of attorney, never mind that my son was 24yrs old, and didn't plan on needing to have a will nor did he need to have his power-of-attorney signed over to me. Initially I was told to fax in his (and mine): driver's license, social security card and his death certificate, which I did, then they said that wasn't enough, I needed documentation that I have a right to his money, well I guess they assume that their company has more of a right than his daughter I guess.... Then they keep $10.00 and give you the rest of the money withdrawn for your convience fees the following month on the fifthteenth. Ok, lets think about this. If they keep $10.00 then why dont they just take that ten off the top, or even better yet why dont they just stop taking the convience fees, once you have reached the 10.00 amount. I think I can do a little better. My card got stolen, I got to wait 10 days if not 11 to get any access to my money. At a bank I can just go withdraw it. I mean I dont think its the worst, but it is far from the best......... Added: June 20, 2008

I grew up in Hollis at the same time and know him and his brother. I to was fine with the card in the beginning. I even got my mother and sister to get one. Nothing but problems over the last 6 months. Please if you have this card and you really want to control your money, OPEN A WAMU ACCOUNT OR EVEN A WACHIOVA ACCOUNT. THESE ARE BETTER OPTIONS. Rushcard is a HOT MESS!!!! Russell Simmons should be ashamed of himeself. Going on black radio with Steve Harvey promotion this. With the economy as bad as it is right now he should pay better attention to what is going on in the house that African Americans built. I am sure he is not aware that all of this is going on. I can never get someone who speaks english on the phone they all seem to be from India. If the Bank supporting the card is JP Morgan Chase then whay is there a fee at CHASE bank when I use my card. People listen to me. Go on line to WAMU.com. You can open an account online with no deposit. Once the account is open they will send you a MASTERCARD AND CHECKS AND OPEN A SAVINGS ACCOUNT IF YOU WANT. THEN YOU CAN DIRECT DEPOSIT YOUR MONEY AND USE THE MASTERCARD THAT IS GOOD FOR CREDIT AND DEBIT AT ALL THE PLACES THAT RUSSELL SAYS YOU CAN USE HIS CARD. I KNOW BECAUSE THAT IS WHAT I DID. NOW I CAN BUY GAS AND IT IS FDIC INSURED. A LOT OF GAS STATIONS ARE MOVING AWAY FROM VISA CARDS BECAUSE OF ALL OF THE ISSUES WITH THE VISA DEBIT CARD NOT BEING ATTACHED TO AN ACUTUAL BANK ACCOUNT. Name: Patrice From: houston, tx E-mail: patricejclay@yahoo.com	On feb. 10,2008 I used an atm with my rush card to withdraw $1000 the atm only gave me $380 keeping $620 and Bank of America couldn't do anything so I had to call Rush and they told me 3-5 business days then informed me it would take 90 days after the 90day period passed they said 30 days now on may 14, 2008 im being told that the money will be refunded on july 16,2008. This is a total of 9 damn months 210 days Rush Card is fraud and Russel simmons needs to be made aware of this so he can remove his name from the company. I advise anyone who is using rush card to stop and if you about to get one don't. And for the people that have one and say its cool you haven't had any problems okay keep thinking that. You can't even use the card at the pump you have to go inside or take the cash out the atm. You can't rent cars unless you have 3 consecutive months of direct deposit and have 400 dollars on the card. Then you have to wait 3 months for a refund. Direct Deposit doesn't hit until Friday instead of Wed. at 12midnight like most banks. Added: May 14, 2008

I WENT TO WAL-MART AND LOST MY CARD AND REPORTED IT STOLEN ON APRIL 14TH AND THERE TRYNA TELL ME I REPORTED IT LOST ON APRIL 13TH BUT I HAVE A RECIEPT SAYING I WENT TO WAL-MART ON THE 14TH THESE PEOPLE ARE SO STUPID. THEN THEY DIDN'T SEND MY CARD OUT TILL THE 16TH OF APRIL AND ITS IS NOW THE 30TH OF APRIL IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN 7- 10 DAYS. THEN THEY TELL ME MY BALANCE IS $476.00 AND IM LIKE THAT CA'NT BE RIGHT. I DONT HAVE A CAR SO USE MY DAD'S CAR DURING THE DAY AND HE TRIPS ABOUT HIS CAR SO I JUST USE IT WHERE I NEED TO GO REAL QUICK AND BRING HIS CAR BACK B 4 NIGHT COMES.
