rush card has the worst customer service reps in the world!! They don't listen! They ask you the scripted questions even after you have given them the information. It takes for ever and a day to get a disputed transaction resolved. I disputed a transaction in April. It is September and I still don't have my $50. They've changed the day the money was to be credited to my account 3 times. Secondly they closed my card without even notifying me. The sent me another card that never made it to me. They won't send anything to a po box. I had them 3 day the card to me they tryed to charge me for it I had to ask the rude customer service person to get a supervisor. the supervisor then waived the $30 fee. the card is a catastrophe!! I would not refer this card to my worst enemie!

I am extremely unhappy with this RIP-OFF card they charge you out the b***!!! on fees, I have only had this card a couple of months and already they have frozen my money three or four times you can never talk to someone is customer service and they disconnect you when trying to call in again and again!!! very typical of this Russell person.

This card is the most unreiable piece of work i have ever had, now the system keeps going down and even if you have money in your account the card is denied and the line is tied up so you have no way to call and find out what the hell is going on, i stopped my direct deposit and plan on canceling the card as soon as they return all the fees they owe me wich is about fifty bucks, rush card you s***!!!!

RUSH CARD IS FULL OF (BULL s***). RUSSELL SIMMONS OLD WRINKLE UP a** NEED TO BE A SHAME OF HIS SELF. TALKIN ABOUT HE IS TRYING TO HELP OUT. ALL THEY DOING IS TAKING AN DOLLAR EVERY TRANSACTION, THAT IS MADE FROM THAT ACCT AND $1.95 FOR WITHDRAWL FEE ON TOP OF THE BANK FEE'S. IT IS AN BIG SCAM. IN THE OPERATOR DON'T KNOW WHAT THE f*** THEY ARE TAKING ABOUT. THEY DON'T SPEAK ENGLISH AND HAVE THE NERVE TO HANG UP YOU, BECAUSE YOU CAN'T UNDERSTAND WHAT THEY ARE TAKING ABOUT. PLEASE ANYONE WHO IS LOOKING INTO GETTING AN RUSHCARD PLEASE DON'T DO IT.

I was really thinking of getting one because I thought Russell was trying to help people out. With all of these bad comments I don't see how he can show his face on TV and sponsor this card! Shame on you Russell Simmons!

my check was sent direct deposit on Friday morning i went to withdraw it to get my kids school clothes because its tax free weekend and they start on Monday August 4th. I got an error message saying unable to complete transaction I called to check my balance and it said my entire check was gone it took 2 days to ge through to them and they were no help I ended up cussing the women out. Its now Sunday and my kids have no school clothes I have no gas in my car and no way to get to work on Monday F$$$K RUSHCARD!!!!!!

I have had nothing but problems since I have been with them. This is about the 3rd time that they have had an issue where you can't purchase anything or pull money from an atm but it looks like the account has been debited. I don't know why I stayed with them, but this is the last time. I want them to restore my original balance and then I am leaving them. There is no one to talk to in customer service, it is just ridiculous. I would not recommend rushcard to anyone ever.

I went to take my money off of atm also and it did not despense money but on my statment it says the money has been taken out of my balance. How they not gonna answer the phone for 2 DAYS. I NEED TO KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON MY RENT WAS DUE ON THE FIRST! I have read other complaints that said they have been waiting almost 90 days to get their money. What kind of business takes their phone off the hook? Has anyone else gotten a hold of anyone reguarding this matter?

true i got my many deposit friday morning an this mess my whole weekend up, i got bills to pay, an i bet russell simmons rushcard work fine.. soon i'm sew these people, i got the goverment behind me an a major lawyer. see rich people try to burn you foreal an think they can get away withi t, but the check that came in the account is from the goverment an they behind me, it's not even a regular check so we can go to court, i be in newyork i also know who use to work for russell

I went to take my money out of ATM @ Amcore Bank yesterday for my rent and the ATM said contact your service Provider. But on my account it shows the money has been taken out of my account. Rent was due on the 1st and I need my money, I have been calling Rush card for 2 days now and only get a busy signal what is going on?
