On feb. 10,2008 I used an atm with my rush card to withdraw $1000 the atm only gave me $380 keeping $620 and Bank of America couldn't do anything so I had to call Rush and they told me 3-5 business days then informed me it would take 90 days after the 90day period passed they said 30 days now on may 14, 2008 im being told that the money will be refunded on july 16,2008. This is a total of 9 damn months 210 days Rush Card is fraud and Russel simmons needs to be made aware of this so he can remove his name from the company. I advise anyone who is using rush card to stop and if you about to get one don't. And for the people that have one and say its cool you haven't had any problems okay keep thinking that. You can't even use the card at the pump you have to go inside or take the cash out the atm. You can't rent cars unless you have 3 consecutive months of direct deposit and have 400 dollars on the card. Then you have to wait 3 months for a refund. Direct Deposit doesn't hit until Friday instead of Wed. at 12midnight like most banks.

I'VE HAD MY RUSHCARD FOR 2 MONTHS NOW AND I LOST MY CARD AND REPORTED IT LOST SO THEY TOLD ME I HAD TO PAY 19.95 TO GET A NEW CARD AND MY OLD ONE WILL BE NO LONGER USEFUL. I WENT TO WAL-MART AND LOST MY CARD AND REPORTED IT STOLEN ON APRIL 14TH AND THERE TRYNA TELL ME I REPORTED IT LOST ON APRIL 13TH BUT I HAVE A RECIEPT SAYING I WENT TO WAL-MART ON THE 14TH THESE PEOPLE ARE SO STUPID. THEN THEY DIDN'T SEND MY CARD OUT TILL THE 16TH OF APRIL AND ITS IS NOW THE 30TH OF APRIL IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN 7- 10 DAYS. THEN THEY TELL ME MY BALANCE IS $476.00 AND IM LIKE THAT CA'NT BE RIGHT. I DONT HAVE A CAR SO USE MY DAD'S CAR DURING THE DAY AND HE TRIPS ABOUT HIS CAR SO I JUST USE IT WHERE I NEED TO GO REAL QUICK AND BRING HIS CAR BACK B 4 NIGHT COMES. THERE TRYNA TEL L ME I MADE A WITHDRAWAL OF $250.00 AT 9:30PM AT NIGHT I'M LIKE NO WAY I DONT EVEN HAVE A CAR AT NIGHT SO I KNOW THYAT IS WRONG I AINT CRAZY. AND THERE SAYING THE WITHDRAWAL WAS ON THE 13TH THE DAY BEFORE I WENT TO WAL-MART OK WHY WOULD I WITHDRAW $250.00 AND THEN GO TO WAL-MART AND PAY WITH MY CARD IF I HAVE MONEY ALREADY IN MY POCKET. IF YOU GET A RUSH CARD KEEPP TRACK OF YOUR MONEY AND YOUR RECEIPTS. BUT I AM STILL TYING TO GET MY MONEY BACK AND MY CARD

I ATTEMPTED TO WITHDRAW MONEY, BUT THE ATM STATED THE "ACTION WAS ALLOWED', WHEN I WENT HOME IT SHOWED THAT $400.00 WAS WITHDRAWN, BUT IT WAS MONEY I NEVER RECEIVED. I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND AND THEY SAID I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT 2 BUSINESS DAYS TO GET MY MONEY CREDITED BACK BECAUSE SYSTEMS WERE DOWN, I'VE BEEN CALLING ALL DAY AND NO ONE WILL PICK UP THE PHONE TO ANSWER MY QUESTIONS. I AM CANCELLING THIS ACCOUNT AS I GET MY MONEY

Wow.....I'm glad I read these comments before I decided to load money on my card. I just received the card and I just really wanted to use it for business purposes, instead of having the money on my personal account, then having to take it out etc....but I would rather keep things the way they are then deal with this. It really sounds like a "Hot Mess", and I hope they get it together.......

I haven't had any problems. Been with the company since 2003-2008. Referred friends and they haven't had any problems either. Thanks.

I received my card about a week ago, I thought cool now I can use it like a regular visa check card, WRONG. The card is completely useless. You cant even buy gas with the thing. The gas pumps will not accept it. Then there is a delay with the direct deposit, I normally get my money in my bank early Thursday morning, for some reason the rush card holds it an extra day. So after 1 day with my money on this useless card that I could use, Ive withdrawn all my money and put it back in my bank account and ive put my direct deposit back into my bank account also. Pulling money out of the atm machine is easier then dealing with this crappy card. Do not get it! You will be out of $20 and subjected to complete frustration.

I AM ABOUT TO HAVE A f****** FIT IF MY MONEY IS NOT ACCESSIBLE TODAY! THEN I KEEP CALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GETTING A BUSY SIGNAL. THIS HAPPENED IN DECEMBER AND I WASN'T ABLE TO GET MONEY OFF MY CARD UNTIL SUNDAY. I HAVE BEEN WITH THIS COMPANY SINCE THE BEGINNING...2003. AS SOON AS MY MONEY IS AVAILABLE I AM WITHDRAWING EVERY SINGLE DIME AND TERMINATING MY ACCOUNTS. THIS COULDN'T HAVE COME AT A WORSE TIME. I JUST GOT MY 15 YEAR OLD SISTER A CARD FOR HER ALLOWANCE AND TO TEACH HER HOW TO MANAGE HER MONEY. HOW CAN I WITH A COMPANY THAT HIJACKS MY BALANCE EVERY OTHER MONEY? IT'S FREAKIN PAYDAY AND I NEED MY ENDS!!!! MY FAMILY AND I WILL HAVE MORE FUN SETTING ALL 4 OF OUR CARDS ON FIRE!!!!!!!

i attempted to withdraw $800 and an atm didn't disperse my money. they told me to call rush card to file a complaint and they're making me wait 90 days to get my money. im going to find a lawyer to handle this if no one does nothing .

I have had my rush card for 2 years now. I finally decided to have my taxes put on the card. I was supposed to recieve my taxes today 2/8/2007, the IRS sent it out. I called rush to see where they were. These idiots told me that I have to send over my ss#, id , and 1040 form. This is bullshit!!!!! Then I speak to another person and he tells me that he doesn't even see my taxes. After about an hour arguing with him all of a sudden it pops on the screen, but I still have to fax over documents. Then once they recieve the docs it will take 3 damn days to get the money posted to my account. I will never use this card again once I get my money off of it. It will be burnt.
