This is so ridiculous! I can not believe they are having system problems again! Really? With all of the money rushcard receives on transaction fees they should at least be able to hire a competent goup of technical gurus to fix these types of problems! You are messing with people's lives and means of living...I work hard to earn my two weeks of pay and I should be able to withdraw it the day I get paid and not have to keep getting a busy signal when I try to call customer service to find out why my money hasn't posted. This will be reported to BBB TODAY! I have tried to be sympathetic to the fact that Rushcard was up and coming a few years back but this has begun to be a consistent problem and I am tired of dealing with it! once I get my direct deposit today i will be canceling this card and dealing solely with my regular banking institution! Good riddens RUSHCARD RIPOFF

Ok, I have been with this company for (5) years now and this is tiring. Why is it that I have to wait for my money to be deposited to my account after the allotted time? Tell me why. Let me say this, Russell your damn company stinks. I am tired of having to go through this kind of fiasco because your technical advisors are not well equipped on how to handle things of this magnitude. It would have been more productive to have updates happen on the weekends to ensure that noones direct deposit be interrrupted during the week. Here is it I need to get my daughter from New York to Baltimore and cannot do so because of you and your damn company. I am quite sure you are living comfortably in your home and not having to worry whether or not your bank handles its business accordingly in order for you to receive your monies. If one of your said banks did have you in a tight squeeze, tell me Mr. Simmons, how would you feel? This is outrageous, disheartening and time consuming as well as infuriating. I have worked for my money and I am not able to access it because you all miscalculated the damn updates. W T H Man do something about this and do something very soon, this is your company and you should be taking responsibility for this even if it means to get in there and get this process going yourself, lets get busy on correcting this before there is a mob outside your door!!!!

this card is bunch of bullshit! I hav had it over a year but they take forever to update direct deposits the dispute process is horrible! the held funds frm a ATM THAT DIDNT GIVE ME NO MONEY AND WOULDNT DO NOTHING ABOUT IT! SO NOW IM OUT OF $520

the rush card is the bigghst rip off if you ever want to see one. the people replying on the phone are displaced idiots(DPI's) anyone that takes out a card like that is very much misinformed bottom line you are not told about the different problems that come up I checked with the BBB and they are no where to be seen Its a shame that people like are still in ths world. I feel all of us should get together and file a class action law suit or call your congressman to try and shut down this type of shaddy business.

rushcard 800 # gave me the wrong routing # for my direct deposit. this caused my check to be returned & left me with no $$ for over a week. thanks rushcard. oh...they said sorry we gave you wrong information...big help.

Russel simmons must not know who he has repersenting his name at his call center this are some of the rudest people i have ever dealt with he needs a new team or hes gonna lose bussiness over all i love the card

After about a year's worth of bs, I finally got approved from the RushCard ! I was so anxious to get it but before I receive, or load the card, I wanted to see everyone's view on how this card works. And by the looks of it, its not doing a very good job of keeping customers happy. Therefore, because I have already had a Visa Debit Card and know how they work. I recommend that some of you try the Skylight Visa Debit Card. There are fees, including a monthly fee. But nothing hidden. So, for future debit card holders, if you cannot receive one from your bank, try Skylight. ![]()
